Position
MarshBerry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to enhance their global brand presence in Europe. As a key player in the European team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and other growing markets. This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape and drive marketing strategies that build brand awareness and generate leads, aligning with MarshBerry’s overarching company and brand strategy and supporting growth goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies with the European leadership team to position MarshBerry as a premier authority and trusted advisor.
- Thought Leadership: Craft and execute a thought leadership strategy to enhance MarshBerry’s reputation in Europe.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Content and Campaign Management: Oversee content creation and distribution, manage promotional projects, and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Media and Public Relations: Manage relationships with media, journalists, and publications, and coordinate public relations efforts.
- Digital and Experiential Marketing: Implement marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional media, including events.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to maintain data integrity and improve marketing effectiveness.
Profile
- 5 years of international marketing experience, preferably within a knowledge-intensive organization such as consulting, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Preferably experienced in building brands from thought leadership.
- Proficient in English; Dutch and/or German proficiency desired.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative, with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing principles, including branding, digital, PR, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing measurement and reporting.
- Creative problem-solver with strong project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and personal accountability.
